Professional Activities:  Member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Kentucky Society of Certified Public Accountants; former Member of the Kentucky Society Committee for Cooperation with Attorneys, Bankers and Other Users of Financial Statements; former Quality Enhancement Program Reviewer with the State Board of Accountancy; former Director and past Member of the Year of the Kentuckiana Chapter of Construction Financial Management Association; former Louis T. Roth & Co., PLLC CPE Committee Member and Personnel Committee Member; Director of Quality Control for Louis T. Roth & Co., PLLC from 1988 to 2008;  member of the Executive Committee for Louis T. Roth & Co., PLLC from 2006 to present.

Personal:  Single; member of Glen Oaks Country Club; previous member of Oxmoor Country Club; golfer carrying about a 13 handicap with a personal best of 75 in a tournament; skis the Rocky Mountains once a year; Certified SCUBA diver with about 30 deep water dives; shoots skeet, trap and sporting clays; likes to read John Grisham novels.
